Course Terms and Conditions

Introduction

Termination

4.1 We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our online courses and services, without notice or liability, if you breach any of these Terms.

4.2 Upon termination, your right to use our online courses and services will immediately cease.

Legal Action

5.1 You acknowledge and agree that unauthorized use, copying, reproduction, or distribution of our online courses or any portion thereof may result in legal action against you, including but not limited to claims for damages, injunctive relief, and any other remedies available under applicable law.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
